I called and they were so helpful and told me what to do. In hope that it would save me money. Which was so appreciate. I was so stressed and had no idea what I was going to do. He told me if I had any questions to call back and If I needed I could send pictures. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate that. I am not in a position to afford this type of work and with the holidays coming up I was already so stressed. So I am so very grateful that they would help me and not charge me. absolutely amazing service! first of all, Shane was incredibly flexible and understanding of my schedule. Despite having to wait a couple of minutes for me get back home, he was entirely communicative and courteous the entire time. Once I arrived, he set to work and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor and replaced it, allowing my fridge to work again. The service chargé and fees were absolutely reasonable.

Based on reviews,I called S&S Appliance Repair for my washer that was making a weird noise when changing different cycles. Although I left them a message afterhours, they texted me back soon after. Shane gave me a quote and scheduled to come out quickly. He is friendly and describes what he's doing aling the way. He also checked my dryer and the outside exhaust vent. All went well and he gave me some tips to use this washer to its best efficiency. I'll definitely use them, thanks Shane.

I called Shane about the failed heating element in our dishwasher. He gave me a trick to possibly get it working ourselves. But the problem wasn't so easily resolved, so I texted him to ask for an appointment. He called a while later saying he had the part and could install it today, but given the age of our dishwasher and the huge expense of the repair, he actually couldn't recommend repairing it although he'd love to have the job. I told him I'd have him install a new one, and he said he'd love to install it, but the retailers can do it for cheaper, and have built the install cost into the price of the machines.
Wow. Totally honest. He's won my absolute loyalty--he's my appliance guy for life.
