Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shane went out of his way to make time to diagnose and fix my fridge. He showed me the problem and taught me more about my fridge and my other appliances, and how to keep them working longer.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had been struggling to get my washer working and reached out to several repair shops. When I found S&S, they responded quickly and were able to give me a fix over the phone. I appreciated their care and help.
I would use them again!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the time I called asking for a repair to the time it was done was less than one hour. I’ve never seen anything like it. Excellent work!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shane was great. Told me quickly what a repair and replacement part would cost and gave me advice on what to consider when buying a new washing machine. Even though he couldn’t fix my washer, he was efficient, honest and helpful.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shane is awesome! Friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous... lots more positive adjectives I could list, too. I use S&S exclusively.

If you're wondering about the service - you won't be after you give him a try, and I'm sure you'll feel the same as we do - S&S is the BEST.
